Return policy

We accept returns for EXCHANGE only. Said exchange will be made up to 5 days from the delivery date. We are sorry but there are no refunds.

Returns will only be accepted if the item has not been damaged by the customer, with all the relevant labels and in a prudent state.

Please Contact us and write with details about the reason for the return of your article (includes photos that illustrate the problem), important include your purchase receipt. Once confirmed and with the item returned (as a customer you will be responsible for the return to Willy Black of the item you wish to return) you will obtain credit for the amount of said article to acquire another item. All items with offer are final sale!
